Designed by J Frankl Architects in collaboration with The Jay Group, the thirty-story tower rises above Flatbush Avenue, Willoughby Street, and Fleet Place with a sculptural silhouette, warm metallic detailing, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and select private terraces that open the building to the energy of the city around it.
